Many of the semi-pro local musicians and singers who worked the North East Workingmen's Club circuit during the Sixties met again in 2006 on the second Thursday of every month at Tudhoe Victory Club on the outskirts of Spennymoor to swap stories, songs, pictures, and possibly groupies (just a joke).
